Quantifier & Classifier
Singular and plural nouns in Vietnamese don't change their forms.
To form plural nouns, "quantifiers" are added before the nouns and their "counters".
Quantifiers are words that indicate quantity. Quantifiers in Vietnamese can be cardinal numerals and other words which indicate some quantity, such as 'một' (one), 'hai' (two), 'mỗi' (each)
Quantifiers are put before a noun to make a noun phrase.
The most common plural quantifiers are "các" and những.
Các/ những+ noun = plural nouns
Classifiers are used when you count or measure different objects such as bottles, animals, people, and so on.
Vietnamese classifiers stand before the noun which they modify.
