Genitive

The genitive expresses ownership. The genitive form is also always used with certain words, and as the object of certain verbs.

The genitive is formed by adding -n to the stem of the word.
Nouns, adjectives and pronouns have a genitive form.

After a personal pronoun in the genitive, the possessed word gets a possessive suffix:
Minun -ni.
Sinun -si.
Hänen -nsa.
Meidän -mme.
Teidän -nne.
Heidän -nsa.
