How to make a question?

In Russian there are not any special rules or formulas to ask a question. The only difference between affirmative and interrogative sentences is the intonation.

At the end of an interrogative sentence the intonation should be risen.

In order to answer a question we can use words "да" (yes) or "нет" (no).
