Englisch (UK) · Phrasal Verbs im Kontext
Dreiteilige Phrasal Verbs
- to: look forward to
- of: run out of, get rid of
- with: put up with, come up with, catch up with, keep up with, get away with, go along with
- on: cut down on, look down on
- for: look out for, make up for
I can't put up with this noise, nie put up this noise with. Nach look forward to folgt ein Nomen oder die -ing-Form: I'm looking forward to seeing you (nicht to see you).
Beispiele
- I'm looking forward to the party.
- We've run out of coffee.
- How do you put up with him?
