Privacy
Plane Evolution is a free game by LENGO, available on the web and as the History of Flight iOS app. This notice explains what happens to data when you play it. It supplements the LENGO Privacy Policy. Questions and requests: contact@lengo.io.
Your game progress
Coins, upgrades, chapters and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us, and there are no player accounts. Clearing your browser data, or RESET PROGRESS in the game's settings, deletes them.
The iOS app
In History of Flight, game content, scenery and audio are bundled on your device. Progress is saved locally in the app and is not sent to us. The app does not include the website's usage-statistics script, remote fonts or CDN downloads. You can play without an internet connection.
The iOS app uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between flights. The ad SDK may process your IP address (including approximate location), device identifiers, ad interactions, app interactions, crash logs and performance information to serve and measure advertising and prevent fraud. Google's consent system checks your privacy choices before ads are requested and displays a consent form where required. When available, open Settings → Privacy choices to review or change those choices. The app does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Website usage statistics
To see how the game is played we measure it ourselves, without a third party: a small script from api.lengo.io keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage and sends us when you visit, how long the page is on screen, when a flight starts and ends with its distance, and the country of your address. The address itself is not stored and no cookie is set. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Blocking scripts from api.lengo.io stops the measurement; the game works without it.
Website hosting
The game is served by Heroku (Salesforce). To deliver it, the hosting provider processes your IP address, the address requested, the time and your browser's user agent in short-lived server logs. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website fonts and 3D engine
When the game loads, your browser fetches its fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) and the three.js 3D engine from the jsDelivr CDN. Both receive your IP address and browser details as part of those requests.
Website advertising
The game is paid for by ads from Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Now and then Google shows a full-screen ad between flights, and you can choose to watch an ad for a reward, such as more coins or a free gem.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies (such as device identifiers and local storage) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, to limit how often you see an ad, to measure ads and to detect fraud.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the internet.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, cookies that aren't strictly necessary are only used, and ads only personalised, with your consent, which Google's consent message asks for (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Without it, Google may still show ads that aren't personalised.
- You can turn off personalised ads in Google's My Ad Center, and opt out of other vendors' cookies at youronlinechoices.eu or aboutads.info.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your personal data, to object to its processing and to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Write to contact@lengo.io; the LENGO Privacy Policy has the details.
